If QuikPAY is not allowing a payment, showing an error message, or does not show a balance due it might be because your student profile is incomplete or the default school (institution) is incorrect in your user preferences.

Check your default school in your user preferences:

If School, Term, and Aid Year are correct check with your college office for additional assistance.
