Your charges will continue to show as Due or Past Due because your financial aid funds are not disbursed to pay tuition, fees, and book charges until after the last day to drop a class with a tuition refund date.

You will not be dropped from your classes as long as the amount of pending financial aid is greater than the total charges due. If your pending aid is less than charges due, you must pay the difference.

Reminder: The amounts are based upon taking twelve (12) or more credit hours. If you are taking less than twelve credits, your award will be decreased by 75% or 50%. See the campus Financial Aid Counselor to determine your exact aid amount if taking less than twelve (12) credits. Click here for more information about your aid adjustment based on your actual enrollment and using the Prorate Tool.
